Use this section to realyl make your ad stand out. What you enter in the "short intro" field is very important - this is what buyers will see when they browse through search results - keep it short and stay honest.

You can add up to 6 key features to your ad. What makes your property unique. 16 Characters each - a challenge? yes!

Point 3 - full property description. The best thing to do here is to have a look at other property websites to see how estate agents describe properties. Try to describe each room (include dimensions if you can), remember to be as accurate as you can - potential clients will expect to see what you described when they come to look at your property. (See example below)

Property video (YouTube)

Ok, pictures are wonderful - but videos are even better. So get your camcorder or even your mobile out and make a small video to show people around your property. It don't need a professional to do this - just record your video, dump it on YouTube and add the YouTube video reference number/code to your ad. Now for the pictures / images. You can upload up to 10 pictures - so clean the house, get the digital camera out and start snapping. You will need to keep the image sizes down below 200KB. If you do not any pictures now - no problems. Complete the form and you can come back to upload pictures - we will still list your property.
